The product has helped us in analyzing our customer's application flows for their various products, from an overall perspective to specific insights into certain sections of applications.

It helps you understand what your customers are searching or uploading online without actually having them login! This allows me as well at my team be able to quickly find relevant information about user behavior which then leads to better strategies towards solving problems faced by users when they interact through mobile apps & websites etc. There were some minor glitches that we came across while using it but nothing major yet (we think). We have definitely noticed great results after implementing this software - both internally within teams/ departments where there was lack of knowledge regarding trends analysis amongst colleagues along with providing insight via dashboards created so far.
