Difficult conversion from 3rd party software

The ability to create a 360 view of the customer journey. We were able to create a 360 view of the customer journey and then drill down to see what was working or not working for them. The customer journey is not always a straight line, so having the ability to see where there are issues or opportunities is very helpful. It's not as easy to create a customer journey as it is to create a 360 view. We were able to create a 360 view of the customer journey, but it was not as easy to create as it was to create a 360 view. It was a bit confusing at first. We can create a 360 view of the customer journey, but the ability to create a 360 view is easier.
