Something you won't find in the guide.

Hello. I just bought this iron. Today we use it for the first time. What is simple is that it appears to be loaded. But you won't know that until you turn the dial to set the heating temperature. And it heats up very quickly. Also, unless you look at the BOTTOM of the dial to set the temperature, not the top, you won't know what temperature you're setting. It's hard to see the translucent vertical rectangle, which I assume is the marker for where you set the temperature. (By the way, none of this is in the manual. Nothing.) Well, that's gone astray. loading experience. At first you'd think you'd get a paid iron, charge it for the first time, and the light would come on to show it was charged. Then they took it out of the base and ironed something. Then you put it back on the base and charge it until next time. The great thing is that the ad claims it will charge in 30 seconds. So if you run out of charge while ironing because you have so many things to iron, you can just stop, charge and continue ironing. The only problem is WHERE IS THE INDICATOR THAT IT IS CHARGING. Check out the video. You can hardly see it. My friend is a nurse (and very attentive to details because she has to check small bottles for dosages before giving them to patients or they could get sick). I'm an IT guy. So I focus on details. (And ruthless problem-solving.) It's a Wi-Fi-like light that won't turn on until it's charged. And unfortunately it goes off when not charged and seems to go off when fully charged. What would be obvious is that it comes out of the box. The instructions are: place it in the base, move the lock (one on the base) to the locked position to keep it from falling out, and connect the base to the wall with the iron locked inside. Leave overnight. This gives him the maximum charge. At this point, the indicator should light up immediately and blink amber. Tells you he's busy charging, leave him alone. Then, in the morning when you check it, the light should be green. Report when you're done. When you run out of ironing and charging, the gauge should light up like a fuel gauge in a car. It should turn amber (low battery indicator, like a low fuel indicator). Then you know you have so much ironing time left before you need to put it back in the base. Then there's the question of how quickly it recharges if you still have something close to iron. I could go on, but I've given enough free advice. If this company wants to grow and sell them, it needs new leadership. And it's easier to give it to at least one specialist who can write in plain English (if you sell to America, it's American English) and let him take it home and tell you all his problems. . Then go back and have whoever used it write a draft of the manual. Then hire a professional writer to write manuals to write on and tell us all how to use this thing if it's as good as you say it is. Otherwise, all your innovations could be completely overlooked. Turn to your investors and tell them what your clients said: just repeat the manual. (And in the next version, work on the lighting and maybe move the loading indicator if that's not too much of a hassle, but honestly you won't if you only have a good guide.
