It's worth it. This is on a 2003 Silverado with a 2005-2006 front end. I would recommend cutting into a corner light because it looks and works better. I wanted my truck to look new so I put my old headlights on so you can see the difference. Although yes I liked the UBar LEDs but I prefer this style. Daytime running lights can now be welded in, but I noticed that the LED strips stay on and tend to burn with constant use. I wouldn't advise anyone to turn these strips on all the time, but with the settings I have you can always turn them on or off if you manually turn on your corner lights. It looks a lot better, but you can judge. I think they will last but I will update as needed but for now I would highly recommend them.
