Wow, they are so fragile that you literally cannot carry them. But if you're lucky, give it a try. I wore mine and they broke the same day. I have small wrists and didn't feel constricted at all. It broke where the chain meets the main structure. Just save your money and get a bracelet that isn't as flimsy as fishing wire. I've included a photo of dental floss to show you how small the damn thing is.
