I received the item in used condition. It was full of pet hair and smelled. I hate leaving negative reviews and wouldn't even give one because it's in use. It could just have happened by accident. I would just ask for a replacement. But what really worries me is that people actually think they are buying a certified organic product. Just look at the reviews and you will see how many people are happy to have an organic product when in fact there is none. There is no organic mention at all on the product packaging. You can only read bio on Revain's product description page. But nowhere on the product packaging or the product itself. Unfortunately, I've found this to be a common strategy for Chinese sellers here at Revain. I have already returned several products claiming to be organic or non-toxic only to find out later that they contain lead etc. So always check the product packaging to make sure it matches the description on Revain. That doesn't necessarily mean the product is bad. But you pay extra money for organic products, which is not the case. See attached pictures. You won't find anything on the product that says it's organic. It's just a divorce. It's a shame.
