No transmission via the hub!

The hub does not allow data transfer, although the description indicates that it has a high transfer rate. I connected it to my laptop and then to my phone. Within 10 seconds my broadcast was disabled and I received a hub notification. Tried several times but without success. Date Updated: 1/15/19 Excellent Customer Service - Atolla will send a replacement - will be updated after attempting to swap out hub. Update date: 1/21/19 Received replacement hub - works as it should. Excellent customer service.
