I bought a new monitor and received a used and damaged one. I received the monitor and the box was very damaged. It came with the postal label from someone who had sent the item back earlier. I was already disappointed and suspicious so I examined the monitor, it was clear someone was trying to open it to remove parts or something. There were screwdriver marks on it. DO NOT BUY, you can get the same as me.
