Review on Tastelife Queen Waterproof Mattress Protector by Mike Palma

I don't write many reviews but when my son wet his new bed with this mattress topper I had to contact Revain to express my dissatisfaction. The whole purpose of his purchase was to protect our investment and every time (twice now) he wet the bed and it soaked the memory foam mattress underneath. When I first received these I liked the fact that this cover was not fully sealed and could be easily removed and replaced after washing. I think this feature deserves one star, but I think that's all it deserves. We had a similar one on his previous bed and it worked really well. This one seems to have been made from a similar material (soft on top, a little rubbery on the bottom but not uncomfortable), but overall it didn't work very well. We've now started placing my son's old polka dot mattress pad under this mattress in hopes that the secondary barrier will prevent another breakthrough. I have no idea how others have had such good experiences with this product. I feel like I'm swimming against the tide in giving this cover a negative review, but I've had a very different experience than others here. Buyer Warning.
