Review on πŸ”₯ Explore Safely with the Bell MX-9 Adventure MIPS Dirt Helmet (Dash Gloss White/Blue/Hi Viz - Medium) by Gregory Plump

Overall good general purpose motorcycle helmet

Great general purpose helmet for dual purpose riding. Reminds me of my old Bell Dirt Bike Brain Bucket. Not the easiest, but not the hardest either. The visor tends to catch the wind at high speeds but can be removed. The visor seals look good. I look forward to a rainy day to see how well they work. Wind noise is more akin to motorcycle helmet noise, meaning it's not the quietest thing at highway speeds (60+) so recommend ear plugs or earplugs. The main jets are also always open. It's finally getting cold here in Virginia, so I'm curious if it can get cold here. Sure, I've driven in 45*F and haven't encountered any issues at 55 mph. I bet if you've ridden in a colder climate or faster you might feel like your head is a little cold. And pretty comfortable. Follow the bell size guide, and with a 59.5cm head, the large size fits perfectly. The cheek pads were a little tight when new but felt great after a week of use. Mine came with a clear visor as stated in the product description. Some of them come with tinted or tinted visors, some come with two, and some don't come with one at all. Read the fine print and you'll be fine!
