You don't have to stay in the middle of nowhere on your bike to appreciate this package. I use this to stash all those little loose essentials that you can't be without on any bike ride; Tools, pump, padlock, flashlights, water bottle, snacks, removable layers of clothing, gloves, hats, important mail/documents, etc. etc. Whether you're driving from the front door or driving your car, it's a pleasure to take a helmet with you and a bike and off you go without searching the last few minutes where I put them, the essentials - you just need your bike just go! Backpack? Who else has to travel with a backpack? I use it 2-3 days a week for long bike rides and off-road rides. I've even used it in place of bike park jumps. It may take two hands to zip up but it still works after 1 year and if it bursts I will be happy to replace it with the same one.
