These sneakers have good insoles, but the front sole is very thin. You can push them through with very little effort. Very little pressure on how much they give. I would not use them for sporting purposes. These are regular hiking shoes, but the forefoot is worth next to nothing. Very thin rubber. The insoles are removable, but with an outsole this thin, I don't think it's worth changing the insoles once the insoles go bad. I wouldn't buy them again. These are not real shoes. I had high hopes for these shoes but the thin rubber in the forefoot is really poor quality. Definitely don't expect to play basketball in these shoes. It would hurt like hell!
