I love how it is easy to use for my clients, as well as myself! It is very simple to set up different types of profiles (basic or pro) with specific features so that our customers can get exactly what they need without having to call multiple times. The price is also reasonable compared to other software options in this space! There really isn't anything I dislike about lumiform at all; everything has been great from day one when we first started using it. We have had no problems getting support questions answered quickly - their team responds extremely fast! Being able to customize things such as email notifications, customer login information, etc., gives us plenty of flexibility as far as customization goes. They've made it super easy to integrate into our website's backend system with their API integration tool. From there, you don't even need any programming knowledge. Everything just works flawlessly!!
