Excellent compression, one size up they run smaller!
I have increased the size based on feedback which I am pleased as size XXL fits my son perfectly. He weighs 200 pounds, is 5ft 8 inches tall and basically wanted it for his "mobs". he says it's not very cramped to the point where it's uncomfortable, but it masks his insecurities. He is very satisfied, I plan to buy more for him!
