So I installed 6 new ceiling lights with the lower porch open and wanted bulbs that gave off a soft, warm glow and didn't attract as many bugs or be too bright shine straight down. They were perfect. The bulbs are nice and small which centers them in the fixture. Edison's design also makes them an attractive addition to fixtures. My house is white with blue ceilings and a red door. The amber light is a bit confusing but that is to be expected from amber bulbs they were well packaged with foam surrounding all sides and all bulbs worked and seemed sturdy would I we recommend iter and buy again.
