I bought these to replace all the bathroom aerators in my house that have become encrusted with limescale over the years. They work great. All my lights (Moet) are made of polished nickel. As some others have pointed out, it's not quite a brushed nickel, but the difference is subtle. I first tried to clean up what I had with the CLR but found I couldn't get the old ones to look new enough. Looking back, I should have bought it straight away. The new ones look a lot better than the ones I removed. (Also, after you've removed the old metal aerators, I recommend using something like CLR to get any remaining dirt off the fasteners before you bolt them on. This will remove any remaining debris.) It's very simple. screw. They have a small notch for using a wrench, so there is less risk of scratching them than the perfectly round ones I picked off. I haven't tested the GPM speed, so I can't comment on that. In any case, for such a price, this is an excellent result. Highly recommended.
