In general, I bought this filter, the main criteria were the low price and the versatility of the flasks, i. E. you can put different cartridges from different manufacturers in different combinations (SL-10, in my opinion, is called the standard). I assembled the filter, fixed it deeper under the sink . And the infection flows the first flask (although according to the instructions it is written to tighten the flasks beforehand, which I did before). Then I tightened all the flasks thoroughly, the leak disappeared. Next, adjust the flow to 2 l / min, drove for 10 minutes. What was my disappointment, the taste of water did not seem to change, the taste of chlorine remained. Then I think let it work some more, maybe it will disappear . As a result, after three days the taste was consistently bad. Then I applied under warranty, a week later they gave me a new suitable cartridge, but not as a complete one (BAF), but some other one, I don’t remember the exact marking. I began to disassemble the filter, and immediately realized why there was a bad taste - the gasket on the cartridge was skewed and, accordingly, the water on the last carbon filter went in a forward flow. As a result: instead of a mechanical filter of the first stage, I installed a complete carbon filter of the third stage, I put a new carbon filter on the third stage, which was given under warranty. I also checked the second stage just in case, rebuilt it again. After these simple manipulations, the taste of water finally became pleasant, I would even say tasty. P. S. water is filtered from the city water supply in Hong Kong.
