Review on Rose Rocket by Johnny Chambers

Easy to train new users. Very robust system overall as it can accomodate different user requirements across sales/service teams in many divisions of large organizations within my fleet management group at trucking clients I manage for them from time-to-time (Denny's food order fulfillment). We have found some quirks here or there but nothing too serious so far. Our biggest problem has been our ability to integrate well when we were still doing things manually ourselves. The benefits are immediate once you understand how powerful this software really does end up being - very scalable platform which keeps getting better all around each release they push out! I like how easy it is to use. It's very intuitive and the customer service has been great. Sometimes when you're trying something new, there are some kinks that need to be worked out. But overall, it's been a great experience for us so far. The software is easy to use and customize. We've been able to streamline our process of tracking requests and communicating internally.
