got this for my 2 year old niece for beach week. The toy is very colorful + durable. However, the backs aren't printed with no graphics, just blue foam with serial numbers on them. Of course, if they are glued to the walls of the bathtub, it does not matter that they are one-sided. but for the kids, who also like to play with it in the pool, it's pretty boring + constrained by the fact that there's really only "one side up" when they're swimming in the water. Rub a dub 'vegetable' toy is better. This option with sea creatures is a good "Option 2". The included net is also useful and practical.
