We've been buying them for about 3 years now and have had a lot of positive feedback. The picture is brighter than average and a huge improvement over LCD replacement models. The price is actually a lot lower than the competition where it is. The only downside is the lack of height adjustment, forcing us to focus on multiple monitor mounts or platforms to achieve eye level. There's also the problem that it's difficult to remove the rack mount during assembly, so we just leave it attached and remove the base. They are very reliable. Of the approximately 50 or more items ordered over the past 3+ years, we may have had to return or replace half a dozen.
