The first time I used it I got maxed out at 20MB per second, that was with super fast storage, my old USB 2.0 was much faster and this device kept dropping data connection, I had to tell it many times to reconnect. A complete waste of my time, transferring the 64GB and 32GB card took forever. I gave it an extra star for the fast shipping. Overall, it's not worth buying from a brand you can trust.
