I've always preferred the mono earphone for calls. I prefer the Plantronics 5200. I bought this for my wife and I have to say I'm impressed. It doesn't have a bulky presentation. It's actually quite thin but functional so you can wear it for a long time. There is no feeling that he presses on the neck. So I like the fact that it's light. The sound quality is good for both music and calls. I had no problem hearing others. I would not trust this product in a windy or noisy environment. This is primarily for a car, maybe an airplane, for an office, for a home. Not sweat proof so I wouldn't recommend them for the gym. Battery life is great right out of the box and it connects instantly. My only concern is that you need to download the LG app to use it. Otherwise I would recommend it to those who want a good product at an affordable price.
