Review on Boraam Augusta Counter Height Swivel Stool 24-Inch Cappuccino - Elegant & Functional Bar Seating by Sarah Abarca

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Beautiful stools, do not hesitate to buy!

I have searched endlessly for the right bar stools for our new home. I found them in October and was considering buying them because I couldn't quite put my finger on how they would look in person for a wire brush finish. I kept reading customer reviews and looking at pictures. Finally I decided to buy them. I placed my order and the chairs were in stock with 'free shipping for prime members' but not prime shipping. I had to wait about a month to get them but I was fine with that. Well, a month has passed and there is no chair! Then I got an email that they had to cancel my order because they were out of stock! Wait. The!? They were in stock when I ordered them, how is that possible? I was unsatisfied but decided to look elsewhere for the same stools. They weren't available EVERYWHERE. Fast forward 5 1/2 months and they're back in stock from Revain. I ordered them right away. This time the chair arrived within a few days! I have to say, the effort and the long wait was worth it! I'm so happy. They look great in my kitchen! They were packed very well. None of the stools were damaged. I ordered the 29" height and they fit my pole perfectly. The wire brushed finish looks exactly as the name suggests, it's a rustic style. The black paint on the metal actually has a few copper spots, which I do wasn't expecting but I like it as I have a copper apron I had no problem removing the white tape protecting the black paint on the footplate, it came off easily and didn't take the paint with it like some reviews claimed. It took about 45 minutes to unpack and assemble each chair. I bought four so it took a while to set them up. I easily assembled them myself as my husband was busy with another project. The end result is wonderful !
