The picture quality of this camera is excellent and it's a wide angle lens so it can show multiple people or your entire background (can be a good or bad thing). The light doesn't do much, and if you forget to turn it off before the meeting is over, it won't go off - I had to turn it off for it to turn off. Installation was a breeze, just plug it into my dock and it was ready to go.
