Review on 🧔 Philips Norelco QT4000/42 BeardTrimmer 3100: Advanced Adjustable Length Settings by Mercedes Partridge

I bought this to change up my pre-retirement dirty look (okay, not too dirty) and to give myself and my skin a break from the daily shave. I didn't have high expectations due to the low price, but this trimmer proved to be good value for money. I use it two or three times a week and rarely have to charge it. In fact, I consciously delay charging for as long as possible so the batteries last longer. I think I've charged three times in seven months. I wouldn't call it a precision trimmer, but the adjustable comb holds the position well and consistently, and with the same use at the same angle, it works flawlessly every time. . I use settings 2 and 3 on different parts of my face so I can't vouch for how well it works on a real beard. I bought this to try out the 'look' with plans to buy a more expensive unit if I decide to keep doing it, assuming it wouldn't last very long. Things are going well and I currently have no need to buy anything else.
