fool you. Before installing this IC, I thoroughly tested my MPG with 3 full tanks. I installed it exactly as instructed. I disconnected the car battery overnight as instructed. Before writing this review I filled up 3 full tanks in 2 weeks. Before the chip was installed I was getting 15.5 to 16 mpg. After the chip was installed I carefully checked my mileage again after 3 fills to find out that my MPG had indeed dropped from 14.5 to a maximum of 15 MPG and not increased in horsepower or horsepower as they claim. So now I use more fuel. Stupidest $69 I've ever spent. That $69 would have paid for 3 used gas tanks. I'm happy to cover the return shipping cost to get my money back. PLEASE don't be fooled, stay away from it.
