I was thrilled when I got this diffuser in the mail because it was very beautiful and the glasses of high quality the diffuser underneath however is not. Only after a few uses it would not turn on for me and I have no idea why as I didn't do anything to it except for put aromatherapy oils in it and the water to the line that it told me to put at and I cleaned it on a regular basis with cool water and I have no idea what happened. It's a bummer because I have it sitting on my kitchen counter and I want to use it everyday and I have to stand here and press the button over and over again until it comes on if it ever does! Such a bummer and I wish I could replace the inside of it with a new one and keep my globe. This was not a cheap expense
