Doesn't take heat

Worked well initially, bought in winter. Now that we're a few days past 75, the sucker has turned into a sticky, jelly-like mass. UPDATE: While I still wouldn't buy the product again, they at least gave me a full refund. So I would give the company a good rating, the product is bad.
