I recently purchased a Cherry Amber necklace from Ian and Valeri Co. and while I love it I have mixed feelings. Let's start with the positive aspects first. The necklace itself is stunning - the cherry amber stones are real and the sterling silver chain complements them perfectly. It looks great with so many different outfits and is definitely a statement piece. However, my main issue with the necklace is the length of the chain. I find 17 inches a bit tight. I wanted to adjust it or wear it with an extension which was a bit awkward. While the stones are beautiful, they tend to stick to clothing or hair, so not as practical for everyday use as I was hoping. Overall, the Cherry Amber Necklace by Ian and Valeri Co. is a beautiful piece that will add to any collection. It's not without its downsides, however, and the shorter chain length may not suit everyone. I still wear it and get compliments every time, but this necklace is not for everyday wear.
