My doctor wanted me to use compression stockings to treat leg swelling, but I had problems with the stockings - I couldn't easily put them on due to my age and poor health - so I just stopped trying . Then the physiotherapist recommended these Juxtalites to me - I'm very happy with them! The stockings included in the set are much easier to put on than regular compression stockings and the Velcro wrap portion is instinctively easy to put on as it 'wraps' rather than 'stretches'. like stockings. Foot pressure can be adjusted. I am satisfied with this product, although the price seems expensive. I didn't have to pay for mine because the Veterans Administration bought them for me.
