Lavender is not my favorite scent but it has been shown to have calming and relaxing properties. And thankfully, Burt's Bees' lavender scent is subtle, but obvious enough. I have migraines, so I mix a few drops of pure peppermint essential oil (which cannot be used aloneโit must be mixed) and then rub it on my neck and temples. It really helps.
