mattress topper is perfect for me. It's like sleeping in a cozy nest. However, my husband says it is too soft for him. But he seems to be sleeping well, as am I. I also have a quilted, fitted mattress topper and of course a sheet. All of this lies on an orthopedic mattress that is several years old. But I still have to go to bed and my husband kinda falls into it because he's quite tall. We are both retired. I'm 80 and he's almost 90. So we have some pain that comes with being over a hill and down a slope. And one more thing: It seems to be getting a little warmer in the morning. I think that wakes me up. Overall I find this mattress topper quite comfortable and I'm glad we bought it.
