Multifuncional item/great for home gym!
I love this! I am able to use the loops on the side to hook up multiple different resistance bands that I already have, in addition to the ones provided, in order to vary the difficulty level for my workouts. It’s great for core exercises, as well as a variety of other things like wall sits and push-ups. Easy to pump up, and so far, seems to stay pumped up pretty well. I also love the color - bright/royal purple!
- Haven't used this one yet, it is under our Big Tree, I use the one @ our Physical Therapy office
- The exercise ball chair requires more space than traditional chairs, which may not be ideal for smaller or crowded offices
