Measurements: 5'6", 160 lbs, hips and buttocks. Size: L I wear these workout shorts and they always stay in place. The tight shorts underneath don't bulk up and give me a wedge lol I was skeptical because I love to run and these shorts won't loosen, fall down or get up.I thought the big one was too big but it isn't.I recommend and these are the most comfortable running shirts I have!Worth it themselves or should I say "err 💅🏾" lol I ordered another brand that wasn't the best and I will also leave an honest review about them.
