January 25, 2021 I like the feel of the mechanical keyboard as it is more comfortable to type on than the Apple Magic Keyboard that comes with the iMac. However, there are some problems with this. (1) When the keyboard goes to sleep (sleep enabled), it loses its Bluetooth connection to the iMac. Sometimes it wakes up and reconnects, but just as often I have to start the install from scratch because the keyboard isn't responding. (2) When I turn off the sleep mode, the keyboard dies battery, disconnects and I have to reinstall again. The only solution seems to be to use the keyboard in CABLE mode, eliminating the reason for buying a bluetooth keyboard. To sum it up: Apple Magic has a little bit in the mix; This one is preferred for its writing feel and touch. I will stay with him for another week but if he continues to be problematic I will have to return him. February 7, 2021 I downgraded my rating to two stars. The keyboard keeps losing the bluetooth connection when falling asleep. Waking up and reconnecting has become a time-consuming and tedious task.
