Product Failure in my review

I thought that I would really like this product. I was putting a 12'x20' Sun Sail over my swimspa. Two sides were attached to the house and the other two were supported by these poles. I purchased two of them. Put concrete in the ground with the support bolts in the wet concrete, to holed the plate in position. Everything was working great until we had a strong wind and it literally broke to pole off at the base. It was still under warranty so I call the company and they very quickly sent a new pole. The problem was it was a slightly different design and I needed to put it into new concrete. No problem. I put the pole up and everything seemed great. Except now the new pole is leaning and is starting to break. As the wind blows it rocks the pole back and forth slightly which is weakening the pole at the base. It has not broken yet but it is tilting. The other pole is doing great. The problem really comes into play when I try to tighten the Sun Sail so that it does not sag then the pole broke. Looks like I will need to go the expensive route and build a pergola over the Spa.
