Review on Thule Landmark Obsidian Travel Pack: Versatile Backpacks for Travel and Everyday Use by Tim Burns

Feels very unbalanced when full, sent back

I was trying to pack all my gear in my carry-on for a trip to Indonesia so I wouldn't worry about my luggage make does not have to arrive at some nearby parking lots. I think it might fill the bill, but once filled it was very heavy and weird. I wore it around the house for a while and my back was already hurting. Didn't want to fly to traipse around offshore islands and through airports for two weeks. The backpack didn't fit me because it didn't have enough pockets to get what I wanted quickly. Overall it seemed well made, the color was pleasing - offbeat enough to find on a baggage carousel but not flashy. Not for me, not for this trip.

Pros
  • External attachment points to attach a carabiner
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for the elderly
