Great jacket but my battery doesn't last as long as it should. I just ordered another battery but I feel like I should've been given quality product to begin with and could've saved my extra $60. I loved the jacket so much that I bought one for my best friend. We both work outside and dress in layers in illinois weather. Her jacket will stay warm for our entire shift while I keep mine on the lowest setting and it dies 2 hours before our shift ends. I guess it's a hit or miss with the battery. I'd give this a 5 star, but it cost me more to just get a full shift worth of heat.Edited review 11/27/22 to say that Dewbu customer service is phenomenal and their products are out-of this world! My jacket lasts my whole shift now that they sent me a new battery! BUY THIS JACKET! YOU WONT REGRET IT!
