I like that this software has many different modules within it for you to try out to find what fits best for your needs. Some may not be necessary but they can't hurt either. The customer service is also very good from Accoliam Solutions Group and any questions/concerns are addressed immediately as well as receiving quick responses when issues arise. Would highly recommend this package for any organization looking for user friendly applications. My office runs quite smoothly using all aspects of this program. Also allows ease for remote worker access! Everything seems a little outdated though, some functions are difficult to navigate without additional training once use grows beyond basic level setup. Using email templates created specifically for our department helps streamline communication between staff members and users alike! Not only did we help ourselves become paperless and eliminate unnecessary folders & files, but now have added features such as automated notifications sent via eCases or other means and customized reminders. Additionally, having a system set up where user profiles contain information about our clients (our software's database) ensures accurate contact information remains constant throughout even after personnel changes. I like how it's easy to navigate through the system. The interface is great for new users as well. It's very user friendly. I don't really have anything negative to say about this software. It's a great tool. I would highly recommend this software if you're looking for a good human resources software. It has helped us organize our workforce. We were able to keep track of all of our employees, their hours, and other important information.
