August 17 Updated review: The company contacted me after my first review and sent me a brand new unit when all I needed was a new pen. I didn't know about it until I got it, so it was a pleasant surprise. The new device works great and definitely saves my soul. Excellent customer service. The telescopic handle does not return to its original position after the first use. It won't go away. I want to replace the handle. Otherwise the product works fine. There is no way to contact you.
