Review on 🛠️ Cruztools Outbackr H13 Tool Set OH13: The Ultimate Tool Companion for Outdoor Adventures by Darryl Duncan

Love this tool - Sport

I have a 15 year old Softail Slim with an old school side mount tool box (see photo). I had a full size ratchet, various allen and torx sets, two screwdrivers and a tool for my seat bolt. If I didn't put the tools in the inner case properly, it would be very difficult to close and lock the tool box. Now that I have this tool, I got rid of a lot of these tools. I saved the screwdrivers because I had a situation the other day where the included Phillips head on this tool wasn't long enough to reach. I also replaced the included 1/2" socket with the one I had, it was a bit deeper (and actually fitted right into the area where the shorter one was) because the nested socket wasn't deep enough, to remove the nut secures the rush to my tank. Aside from those few hiccups, this tool does all the basic things I need to do on a regular basis. If you're familiar with Slim, you know that the only real saddlebags you can use are the small ones that mount to the swingarm (unless I want to move the sideplate and tail/brake lights). In my bag I have mostly emergency home repairs, an electric pump, a seat cover and a small Cree lightbulb. I took the Slim because it's slim, low and has a single seat. I didn't want to ruin the lines of the bike by rearranging the saddlebags. So this tool is perfect for the limited space I have.

Pros
  • Durable finish
Cons
  • Good but not great
