Sorry, this isn't Quick Charge 4.0

I thought it was too good to be true. Try searching the web for a genuine Quick Charge 4.0 charger and you'll "quickly" see that there aren't many claims and they're pretty expensive wall chargers. No other car plugs claim that, of course. Belkin is the only name I trust and it was a USB-C to USB-C connector. So I was skeptical about this car socket. It looks like my doubts are well founded. I am using an LG V60 ThinQ and running the AccuBattery monitoring app and it uses the factory wall charger as the base 4.0. Using a UNI-T UT658 USB tester I can look at the charging speed of QC 3.0, compare it to the app and get a rough idea of how accurate the app is and although it's not quite the same (the app has bugs as it runs with the battery under test), the difference between QC 3.0 and QC 4.0 is what I really need. On the factory charger, the application shows a charging current of approx. 2.50 mA. I never see more than about 1.70mA on this plug in charger, reliable QC 3.0. Last week the phone was factory reset after updating to Android 11. Before each test was restarted. If I have overlooked something, you are welcome to point it out to me. But for now I'll only give 1 star for the light show. * Edit: Correct app name
