I bought these webcam covers a while ago only to find that the lens I needed to cover was not flush with the webcam body. I found an ad hoc solution by removing the fliptop from a lid and attaching it to the underside of a fully intact lid. The modified cover was then attached to the webcam. I was surprised to see that the adhesion was strong enough to withstand the combination of the two layers. The modified webcam cover is solid and works great. I've been using them for several months with no problems. I am very happy with the quality of this product.
