Ideal for packing lunch bags or dieters. I use them to make jelly and pack them in my lunch. I also use them for sauces that I pour over dinner (like spaghetti sauce). 4 ounces = 1/2 cup, which is a typical serving size for sauces, jellies, puddings, wheat flakes/goldfish/cheese crackers, etc. So if you are on a diet this will help keep you from overeating. Just be careful when you put them in the microwave. Lids melt very quickly/easily. The only downside is that it can be a hassle to store, the lids won't stay folded and can take up counter/cupboard space. I'm just a regular Amazon shopper and based on my own research and comparison to other products, I paid full price for this product.
