I wanted to use them for a while before reviewing them because sheets are serious business! I bought them at the end of November 2017 and have been using them ever since. Cons - they are a little shiny and seem strange at first. Pros - after many many washes in the last 2 months, the shine on the duvet cover and pillowcases is almost completely gone. The top layer is still shiny. Funny but true. And they are super, super, super soft. I got over the weirdness of the material on the first night, as did my husband, who is ridiculously picky about sheets (no satin for him!). They also held up very well - better than the $240 set I bought from Nordstrom last summer, where the pillowcases began to unravel after 2 or 3 washes. They have been washed every week since the end of November and there is not a single fringe, tear or extra thread anywhere. One more thing - I bought a beige set (king) and a dark blue set (queen). The fleet is exactly as in the picture - very nice. The beige set is not quite beige, it has a slight green tint. At first I hated it but now I'm used to it. Next time I will choose a different color but I will not hesitate to buy it again. Overall, I'm pleasantly surprised - they're affordable, comfortable, and hold up well to weekly washes. Two thumbs up.
