Too small around the neck and not untagged

I'm just guessing but it seems that tall men in Pakistan have smaller necks than tall men here in America. All 5 shirts ordered are too small in the neck and a bit tight in the body. T-shirts also have tags, but the Champion brand doesn't. That makes shirts even more uncomfortable. I switched to Russell because the champion t-shirts also had a smaller neckline. Maybe I'm shrinking too.
