Review on DataDoctor by Ben Chase

The ability to cleanse out bad records in one click! It does exactly what it says so much faster than my previous software which took hours for each record!! Also makes sure all info stays up dated (important if you have any sort of compliance).

I dislike how sometimes there are errors with formatting or names when trying to add new entries but those can be fixed quickly by going back into edit mode again. You really need more then 10 employees using this as otherwise we could not keep pace at our office where many people come from multiple countries every day. This eliminates having to manually correct duplicate contact emails/phone numbers etc across several databases of client information stored locally via email addresses only.
