I like that we can share geofences with colleagues outside of our organization, this allows for much better collaboration between groups than doing it all in one place. The cost of adding additional locations/cities has been extremely high - especially when you have multiple cities within your state or region. If you are looking at a more local city area (ie. Chicago vs New York) then RoadMatic will work very well. We used Road Metric's platform as part of a larger project involving the collection of live traffic feeds throughout several states. It allowed us to quickly setup alerts across many different projects without having to worry about duplicate efforts.
