Negative reviews seem to be due to disappointment due to the lack of instructions. So I can understand and agree. As for the product, I found it worked as advertised. He smells great. like honey. It also has the same consistency and sticky texture as honey. I spread it on my palms, left it for probably twice as long as directed (40 minutes) and it came off in one big chunk leaving a few small stains. My hands looked great! They were uncrumpled, lineless and so very soft! I will continue to use it and enjoy the benefits.
