Update ***** After my first message, customer service contacted me and we tried to solve the problem, after which we were able to find a solution. Due to the prompt attention and customer service I have updated my review to reflect this. Google Maps doesn't work. When you open it, it doesn't load and just closes. The Bluetooth sound is also finicky and intermittent. If I didn't already have it installed I would be returning this unit for a refund.

I bought this for my work truck and I'm so excited I'm ordering a second one for my daily driver (to replace a $300 Alpine block). Please note that if you (like me) prefer to solder the connection wires to the adapter, the included harness has very small and very flexible wires. Be careful when the sweep ends. I love that I can connect this radio to my home WiFi to download GPS maps and install new apps on my stereo. This is the real Android operating system. Love it.

I liked customer service. The product was exactly what I ordered. Easy installation once you are familiar with the wiring. This thing barely serves its purpose. The music player does not play the album in the order it was released, but plays the songs in alphabetical order. If you lift the keyboard, it's in Chinese. If you try to shuffle the music, it will play the same songs over and over again. I have about 500 songs and I might listen to 100 of them.
